I am proud to lead Schaaf Realty Ltd into its second generation of Real Estate Services.  With over 40 years in business, we are excited to help each of our Clients navigate the world of Real Estate in the areas of  Purchase, Sale and Property Management.  My early professional experience was in Finance and Land Development which built a lasting foundation to look at the Big Picture of Sales and Long term value for each Client.

Real Estate is an industry that experiences many changes and keeping myself current is my top priority.  Whether helping my Clients Buy, Sell or Manage their biggest investment, I know that the value I offer comes from experience, education, and my commitment to go the extra mile! My role as a REALTOR® is really to help people accomplish their dreams.  I obtained my designation for working with First Time Homebuyers (ABR®) then focused on the Senior Designation (SRES®).  This education helped me understand some of the stress I could take away from Clients that are navigating a sale or purchase! Another benefit to my clients is my Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE®) designation.  Ongoing education is my commitment.  I am a lifelong learner.

My greatest reward is knowing that my clients are treated with respect and when the transaction is complete, I am still there for them.  It’s walking the journey together!  Relationship building is my focus and I often work with clients in the earliest stages and can provide advice and tools for preparing their move.  This may be advising on building healthy credit and using Real Estate as a foundation for future financial security.  On the other side of this is planning change beforehand – such  working with Seniors at evaluating their options for housing to make the Sale of their home less stressful.
